Training Load: the cumulative effect of training in conjunction with required recovery time. The cumulative training load is calculated from factors that affect training load and recovery time. These factors are:

  • Personal factors: age, gender, weight, max HR, HRsit and VO2 max
  • Type of training
  • Training intensity
  • Training duration
  • Heart rate during training
